Fritz Williams


Hailing from the Midwest, Fritz’s talent for the visual aesthetic was nurtured from a young age when he excelled in the arts and crafts division of his local 4H, often bringing home artwork he had colored in with plaid patterns and vibrant prints! It’s only natural that Fritz found his way to Los Angeles after acquiring a solid background in furniture and interior design at Ball State University in Indiana.

Armed with this expertise, Fritz excitedly joined the milieu of the stylish, design-forward metropolis that is LA. From a small personal collection of vintage modern furniture, Fritz started FormDecor and has grown it into the premier rental provider for Mid-Century and Modern furnishings in the country. With a fervent passion for good design, Fritz is a master of collecting and designing unique and stunning furniture for the rental market. For over a decade, Fritz and FormDecor have been recognized as a leader in event rental, earning a multitude of awards and accolades on event rental, support, design, supply and self-promotion. Not one to forget his roots though, he still maintains his Midwest sensibility, always expressing gratitude for life’s abundance and compassion for humanity.

Freddie Georges


When Frederique Georges, fondly known in both business and personal circles as Freddie, was a little girl, her parents would constantly return to a redecorated home. Not just once, not just twice, but time and time again. Freddie’s “home”-work was an ongoing occurrence her parents came to expect and eventually, to enjoy. Born of Armenian and French descent, immigrating to the US with family at the age of 10 and becoming a naturalized citizen at the age of 18, Freddie is very proud of her American citizenship and her family’s encouragement towards higher education.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from Virginia Commonwealth University led Freddie to design innovative museum exhibits and installations and then to her first sampling of trade show exhibit design – where she absolutely found her calling. Add in a cross continent move and few decades of experience and you have a serial entrepreneur born of the passion for creative design and an emphasis on client satisfaction. As owner of FG|PG, The Shop @ ShowReady and FormDecor, Freddie is the consummate, successful, women-owned, women-driven business professional whose clients relationships span upwards of 22 years. The longevity and satisfaction of those clients speaks volumes about her work ethic and dedication to the industry.

Rolando Ferilli

Vice President

Coming from a family with rich history in furniture and interior design in Italy, Rolando Ferilli received a graduate degree in Humanistic Science from the University “La Sapienza” in Rome and a masters degree in “Visual Interior Design” from the European Institute of Design. At the early age of 8 years old, he began following the family business, four upscale antique showrooms in southern Italy kept in the Ferilli family for over 55 years. His entire life Rolando has been surrounded by a mix of beautiful furniture and objet d’ art from the 17th century to contemporary modern.

 At 16, Rolando joined the family business, and over the next 9 years he expanded that enterprise beyond Italy, acquiring accounts all over the world. With over 14 years of experience in the fine furniture business, Rolando brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his current role as FormDecor Vice President. Responsible for all sales development and management, Rolando is focused on accelerating growth, discovering new revenue channels and, most importantly, fostering key relationships in all markets. With his diverse range of skills, Rolando leads FormDecor sales team with meticulous business efficiency and attention to detail.

Danielle Peskin

Account Executive

An east coast transplant, Danielle Peskin offers a wealth of experience to FormDecor clients. Her background in event design gives her a unique ability to collaborate with clients in order to custom create each and every event vision. With a seasoned sense of fashion and design, Danielle can easily walk clients through every aspect of their furniture rental needs. Colorful and vibrant, Danielle’s a force of nature easily develops relationships in the industry through sheer force of will. Danielle brings a premium creative skill set to the team at FormDecor and is ready to serve!

Lindsey Collins

Account Executive

A Southern California native, Lindsey Collins has called the event and furniture rental industry home for the past six years. Certified in Meeting and Event Planning and now a member of the FormDecor Furniture Rental Team, Lindsey is our newest Account Executive. She’s thrilled to be working with diverse clients from major motion picture studios, high profile special events and tradeshows to non-profit organizations.

Because design is so integral to her passions, she often can be found reading design magazines and zealously following home and event design trends on social media. During the time not spent in the office, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her friends and family (particularly the four-legged variety).

Evelyn Rivas

Sales Associate

A native of Lynwood, California, Evelyn Rivas graduated from UCLA with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science.

Having grown up in a large family with a background in law enforcement, Evelyn intimately understands the need for teamwork in all aspects of life. This outlook means that whether she is playing soccer competitively, participating in extreme outdoor activities like sky diving or bungee jumping, or bringing her “A-Game” to the FormDecor offices, communication and teamwork are the cornerstones of her work ethic.

In her rare downtime, Evelyn enjoys writing her own recipes, exploring wineries, and testing new restaurants.

The Administrative Team

Melanie Chomchavalit


Driven by the desire to organize, manage and direct, Melanie Chomchavalit always knew she wanted to become a businesswoman. Armed with a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach, she landed her first professional role as Freddie’s sales assistant. Under her leadership, Melanie gained an extensive knowledge of the trade show industry.

In 2000, Melanie jumped at the opportunity to assist Freddie and Fritz with the launch of FormDecor, by serving as the accounting manager. Melanie thrived in this position, finding it rewarding to manage and oversee the financials.

She knew this was where she wanted to be and in 2002, Melanie was promoted to CFO. Here at FormDecor, Melanie continues to excel and fulfill her passion by organizing, managing and directing employees and particularly the finances. Melanie also has a very active personal life where she joyfully manages as a wife and mother of three. She is very busy with all of life’s events, but with the passion to organize and manage, she enjoys every minute of it.

Barbara Fernandez

Human Resources and Payroll Manager

In early 2012, Barbara sought out a very specific company culture led by successful and business savvy entrepreneurs, which landed her at the doorstep of FormDecor. Barbara is a certified Human Resources professional bringing with her more than 15 years of experience. In her role, Barbara oversees employee relations, compensation, training, benefits administration, staffing, policies and procedures, government compliance, safety and facilities management. Barbara’s biggest reward is being able to keep the lines of communication open between employees and management. She takes great pride in her position at FormDecor and has been dubbed the “Company’s biggest Cheerleader”.
