The Core Team
Fritz Williams
President / Owner
Hailing from the Midwest, Fritz’s talent for the visual aesthetic was nurtured from a young age when he excelled in the arts and crafts division of his local 4H, often bringing home artwork he had colored in with plaid patterns and vibrant prints! It’s only natural that Fritz found his way to Los Angeles after acquiring a solid background in furniture and interior design at Ball State University in Indiana.
Rolando Ferilli
Vice President
Coming from a family with a rich history in furniture and interior design in Italy, Rolando Ferilli received a graduate degree in Humanistic Science from the University “La Sapienza” in Rome and a master’s degree in “Visual Interior Design” from the European Institute of Design. At the early age of 8 years old, he began following the family business, four upscale antique showrooms in southern Italy kept in the Ferilli family for over 55 years. His entire life Rolando has been surrounded by a mix of beautiful furniture and objet d’ art from the 17th century to contemporary modern.
Jesus Lopez
Director of Operations
Jesus has been with FormDecor for almost 12 years. Starting out as a part-time driver, Jesus has worked his way up to Director of Operations. He enjoys playing soccer and handball, going to the beach, and feasting on Mexican and Asian foods. His favorite pieces in FormDecor’s collection are the Eames Lounge chair and Ottoman.

After spending many years in New York, Kimberly cultivated an appreciation for Art Deco design and architecture and a fervent passion for mid-century furniture. Gio Ponti is one of her favorite designers. Family is her love and joy. She enjoys traveling; Ireland is her favorite to date, but she looks forward to New Zealand. Kim’s favorite FormDecor piece is the 1930s Calla Lily Chair, other favorites include Thai food, and watching Polo.
Luis Hernandez
Sales Coordinator / Design Consultant
Being the first generation in Southern California has been very captivating. Experimenting with all types of food, seeing a lot of beautiful cultures, Architecture throughout California, and people you meet from all over the world. I received my Architecture Degree of Science from Fullerton College. I love to travel with my wife, we at least travel twice a year to explore new locations we haven’t been to before. My favorite FormDecor piece is the Peter Hvidt Sofa with its mid-century boomerang-shaped frame crafted from sturdy teak and with comfortable vinyl cushions and brushed aluminum legs.
Gabrielle Villalba
Sales Coordinator
Born in Manhattan and raised in Miami Beach is where she cultivated an appreciation for Art Deco design and architecture and fervent passion for mid-century furniture. Being part of the FormDecor has been pivotal to her career path and increased her love for vintage designs! Gaby’s favorite FormDecor furniture piece is the Togo Chair because of the colors, comfort and how it would work so well with the gamers in her family! She also loves being a working mom, living by beach, bird watching, and participates in community events around Southern California.

An elder in her large clan, her natural gifts of calm patience and strong organizational skills carried over to her career path now as FormDecor’s Accounting / HR Manager.
