Fritz Williams

President / Owner

Hailing from the Midwest, Fritz’s talent for the visual aesthetic was nurtured from a young age when he excelled in the arts and crafts division of his local 4H, often bringing home artwork he had colored in with plaid patterns and vibrant prints! It’s only natural that Fritz found his way to Los Angeles after acquiring a solid background in furniture and interior design at Ball State University in Indiana.

Armed with this expertise, Fritz excitedly joined the milieu of the stylish, design-forward metropolis that is LA. From a small personal collection of vintage modern furniture, Fritz started FormDecor and has grown it into the premier rental provider for Mid-Century and Modern furnishings in the country. With a fervent passion for good design, Fritz is a master of collecting and designing unique and stunning furniture for the rental market. For over a decade, Fritz and FormDecor have been recognized as a leader in event rental, earning a multitude of awards and accolades on event rental, support, design, supply and self-promotion. Not one to forget his roots though, he still maintains his Midwest sensibility, always expressing gratitude for life’s abundance and compassion for humanity.

Rolando Ferilli

Vice President

Coming from a family with rich history in furniture and interior design in Italy, Rolando Ferilli received a graduate degree in Humanistic Science from the University “La Sapienza” in Rome and a masters degree in “Visual Interior Design” from the European Institute of Design. At the early age of 8 years old, he began following the family business, four upscale antique showrooms in southern Italy kept in the Ferilli family for over 55 years. His entire life Rolando has been surrounded by a mix of beautiful furniture and objet d’ art from the 17th century to contemporary modern.

 At 16, Rolando joined the family business, and over the next 9 years he expanded that enterprise beyond Italy, acquiring accounts all over the world. With over 14 years of experience in the fine furniture business, Rolando brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his current role as FormDecor Vice President. Responsible for all sales development and management, Rolando is focused on accelerating growth, discovering new revenue channels and, most importantly, fostering key relationships in all markets. With his diverse range of skills, Rolando leads FormDecor sales team with meticulous business efficiency and attention to detail.

Danielle Peskin

Senior Account Executive

An east coast transplant, Danielle Peskin offers a wealth of experience to FormDecor clients. Her background in event design gives her a unique ability to collaborate with clients in order to custom create each and every event vision. With a seasoned sense of fashion and design, Danielle can easily walk clients through every aspect of their furniture rental needs. Colorful and vibrant, Danielle’s a force of nature easily develops relationships in the industry through sheer force of will. Danielle brings a premium creative skill set to the team at FormDecor and is ready to serve!

Lindsey Collins

Senior Account Executive

A Southern California native, Lindsey Collins has called the event and furniture rental industry home for the past six years. Certified in Meeting and Event Planning and now a member of the FormDecor Furniture Rental Team, Lindsey is our newest Account Executive. She’s thrilled to be working with diverse clients from major motion picture studios, high profile special events and tradeshows to non-profit organizations.

Because design is so integral to her passions, she often can be found reading design magazines and zealously following home and event design trends on social media. During the time not spent in the office, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her friends and family (particularly the four-legged variety).

Katelin Rummel

Senior Sales Coordinator

Born and raised in Huntington Beach, California, Katelin Rummel graduated from The Interior Designers Institute with a BA in Interior Design. She has a passion for old architecture, design and anything furniture!  Katelin brings her hardworking work ethic and team player attitude to our creative atmosphere here at FormDecor. When she isn’t working to help our sales team, she can be seen setting up new vignettes and helping make our FormDecor Office always look its best.

In her downtime she enjoys spending time with her family & friends, rummaging through estate sales, DIY furniture projects, and spending time with her dogs Barley & Porter.

Gabrielle “Gaby” Villalba

Sales Coordinator

Gabrielle Villalba or “Gaby” as she likes to be called was born in Manhattan and raised in Miami Beach where she cultivated an appreciation for Art Deco design and architecture and fervent passion for mid-century furniture. Family is her love and joy and enjoys traveling when her busy schedule permits.

 In 2003 she answered Southern California’s call when she received a job offer from FormDecor in our early stages and we now welcome her back with open arms where she can now apply her years of HR and accounting experience back where it all began.

Being part of the FormDecor Team again is exciting and she missed the creative atmosphere.  Her goals are simple, to facilitate a productive and successful work environment for everyone! Welcome aboard!

Eddie Hernandez

Sales Coordinator

Living in Orange County all his life, Eddie Hernandez has that relaxed west coast vibe.  Attended Cal State Fullerton, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Ethnic Studies. Eddie began his FormDecor journey taking up a part time warehouse assistant as a side job.  Six years later, he is a FormDecor sales coordinator.  Eddie’s strong work ethic has allowed him to learn and appreciate the nature of the business.  Starting as a part timer, moving to a driver position, on to inventory control manager and now sales associate.

Eddie continues to strive to acquire more experience and knowledge, but at the same time, valuing the process it takes to get the job done.  Eddie’s free time consists of relaxing with the family, and anything that involves soccer.

Maria Molina

HR Coordinator/Manager

Coming from a family of 12, Maria learned all about accountability, integrity and hard work from an early age. An elder in her large clan, her natural gifts of calm patience and strong organizational skills carried over to her career path now as FormDecor’s HR Coordinator/Manager. Her maxim “Put all of you into all you do, and you’ll always love what you’ve done” rings true in her personal and professional life. She loves volleyball, softball, bowling and volunteering at her church but her children are her greatest source of pride.

Although she says she’s a “simple individual” we sure know better and appreciate Maria’s many contributions to FormDecor’s continued success!
